As of April 23, 2010 the FDIM 2010 rooms available are pretty much sold out

For Hamvention 2010 the Holiday Inn all room prices are $111.00 per night.  Plus 13.5% tax.
This price will include a hot breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn restaurant!
*** King rooms may be substituted for King/Sofa or D/D rooms due to availability.***

HI is Holiday Inn   
Doubles (D/D) has two double beds. 
King HI  -   has a King bed.
King/Sofa - has a King bed and a sofa sleeper.   Roll away beds are available on a first come basis for an extra charge.
Note:  The Sofa Sleepers at the Holiday Inn are very comfortable.  Just in case they run out of 2 bed rooms!

Buses From the QRP Hotel to the Hamvention at HARA Arena will again be a reality this year!
Again in 2010 we will have busses running on Friday and Saturday,
in the morning and late afternoon, between the Holiday Inn and the
HARA arena. 
If there is interest, possibly one noon run daily and also on Sunday.

Reservations for 3 or more nights will be given room preference to those for less than 3 nights. 
The Holiday Inn will NOT confirm any rooms for anyone NOT on the list that we send them. 
Please do not call the Inn until you receive confirmation instructions. 

There is a van from the airport to the Holiday Inn - Charter Vans 937-898-4043  It is about $35 one way, $18 ea for 2 or more.   http://www.chartervans.com/   Reservations are required!

Confirmation information will be sent via email by approximately April 1, 2010.

Again ....Those who do not confirm rooms by April 18, 2010 will be dropped from the list.  
Please do not call the Inn until you receive confirmation instructions.
