C6A - Bahamas 1996

    In 1996 Stan, AC8W, and I took our wives to Treasure Cay on Abaco Island in
The Bahamas.  It was not only Trish's birthday (Stan's wife), but it was also Kathie's
birthday (my wife), AND our 25th anniversary -- a great way to celebrate all three
occasions.  And, of course, a contest!  CQ WW SSB.
    We rented a villa from Steve Rutledge, N4JQQ/C6AFP that had a TS-690 and an
R-7 vertical.  We also put up an 85' W3EDZ 80M longwire which worked marginally well.
    We entered the CQ WW SSSB as Multi-Single as K8DD/C6A.
